Getting dressed up for a night on the town is always a great way to end the week! What is more fun than getting all dolled up for some quality time with your best gal pals? When I lived in Atlanta, getting dressed way easy. A night out meant silky dresses, sky high heels, and a set of falsies to finish the look. When I moved to D.C., I quickly learned that the Atlanta night out uniform looked pretty out of place, and was less than practical without curbside valet on every corner and chilly nights stretching into June. I still haven’t added flats to my night out ensemble, but swapped out silk dresses for silk tanks, skinny jeans, and more practical heels. This breezy tank layers well under a jacket for chilly evenings, but has a twist strap detail (similar to the straps on my wedding dress) for a little extra interest when worn alone.
